The object is to provide a triazine derivative represented by the following formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. (In the formula, R 1 represents a lower alkyl group which may have a substituent, R 2 represents a hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl group which may have a substituent, and A represents a nitrogen atom or C—R 3. R3 represents a hydrogen atom, a cyano group, an acyl group which may have a substituent, a sulfonyl group which may have a substituent, a carbamoyl group which may have a substituent, and R4 represents (A lower alkyl group that may have a substituent and a cycloalkyl group that may have a substituent.)下記式（Ｉ）で表されるトリアジン誘導体又はその薬学的に許容される塩を提供することを目的とする。（式中、Ｒ１は、置換基を有してもよい低級アルキル基を表し、Ｒ２は、水素原子、置換基を有してもよい低級アルキル基を表し、Ａは、窒素原子もしくはＣ－Ｒ３を表し、Ｒ３は、水素原子、シアノ基、置換基を有してもよいアシル基、置換基を有してもよいスルホニル基、置換基を有してもよいカルバモイル基を表し、Ｒ４は、置換基を有してもよい低級アルキル基、置換基を有してもよいシクロアルキル基を表す。）
