PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a baby receiving table support structure in a delivery bed, which performs an operation to move a baby receiving table forward/backward comparatively easily since there is no need to specially enlarge force to operate an unlocking operation part when performing unlocking in the forward/backward movement direction of a baby receiving support part 31 (furthermore, the baby receiving table) with respect to a base frame, and also lightly moves the baby receiving table forward/backward.SOLUTION: A pair of front and rear engagement projections 44a, 46a of a pair of front and rear pawl members 44, 46 arranged on one of a baby receiving support part side and a base frame side is made to abut on the both front and rear side surfaces 35a, 35b of an engagement projections 35 of a second engagement part 34 arranged on the other of the baby receiving support part side and the base frame side, respectively. Thus, the engagement projection 35 is prevented from relatively moving in the forward/backward direction with respect to the pair of front and rear pawl members 44, 46.
