The present invention relates to a blood pressure measuring device and a mobile terminal including the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the blood pressure measuring device includes: first and second pulse wave sensor parts converting a pulse wave signal, corresponding to blood pressure, into an electric signal； a pressurizing part placed between the first and second pulse wave sensor parts, and changing the diameter of blood vessels by pressurizing a wrist； and a control part measuring the blood pressure based on first and second pulse wave signals, sensed by the first and second pulse wave sensor parts before predetermined pressure of the pressurizing part is applied to the wrist, and third and fourth pulse wave signals, sensed by the first and second pulse wave sensor parts after the pressure of the pressurizing part is applied to the wrist.
