PURPOSE: A method for estimating an ISR(In-Stent Restenosis) using a micro CT(Computed Tomography) is provided to obtain a 3D image by inserting a stent into a blood vessel and quantitively analyzing the restenosis of a blood vessel. CONSTITUTION: A contrast media is injected to a lumen of a blood vessel by a stent of a mammal. CT values of the whole area(200), a contrast media area(300), and a stent area(400) are analyzed. A restenosis area is produced by designating an area corresponding to the CT value.본 발명은 마이크로 CT를 이용한 스텐트 내 재협착 평가 방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 혈관 내부에 스텐트를 식립하고 일정기간 경과 후 스텐트가 식립된 부분의 혈관이 재협착 된 정도를 마이크로 CT를 이용하여 정량적으로 분석할 수 있으며, 3차원 입체 영상을 획득할 수 있어 보다 정확한 분석이 가능한 마이크로 CT를 이용한 스텐트 내 재협착 평가 방법에 관한 것이다.
