PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such the problems that since intractable bleeding tends to occur in the case of an internal organ where blood vessels are crowded such as the liver or the spleen in an endoscopic surgery, it has to be switched to a laparotomy obstructing lowly invasive medical treatment when hemostasis in a wide range and instantaneous hemostasis of hemorrhage from a large artery are not performed, and present electrode type narrow diameter forceps are quick to perform hemostasis but have a narrow hemostatic range and can not stop the hemorrhage.SOLUTION: By holding an assembly of conductive fibers between an electrode of electrode type small diameter forceps and a part to perform hemostasis, and energizing it, plasma is generated in the entire assembly, and the hemostasis in the wide range and the hemostasis of hemorrhage can be instantaneously performed.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】内視鏡下手術において肝臓や脾臓など血管の密集した臓器の場合には難治性出血が起こりやすく、広範囲の止血および大血管からの大出血を瞬時に止血しなければ、開腹手術に切り替えるしかなく低侵襲医療への障害となっていた。
