PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the accuracy of determination as to whether the treatment is completed or not completed in a HIFU (high-intensity focused ultrasound) treatment method.SOLUTION: An ultrasound treatment apparatus includes: an ultrasonic probe 15a for treatment which irradiates a region to be treated set in a treatment site of a patient with ultrasonic waves for treatment ultrasonic probe controlling sections (119 and 120) which focuses the ultrasonic probe 15a for treatment on the set focusing position 132 of the ultrasonic waves for treatment to emit ultrasonic waves for treatment a treatment determination section 123 which determines whether the treatment of the region to be treated is completed or not completed monitors 3 and 29 which display the result of determination and an ultrasonic probe 15b for reception which receives rebounded signals 137 of the ultrasonic waves for treatment applied to the focusing position 132.
