An immune conjugate according to the present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition, which can be used in the target-oriented drug treatment by conjugating a dendron allowing a plurality of drugs to be bound to a surface thereof and a target-directed antibody, and especially, can deliver high concentrations of drugs in a tumor-specific manner to exhibit a strong anticancer effect by conjugating a hydrophilic dendron, to which a plurality of anticancer drugs are bound, to an antibody.La présente invention concerne un conjugué immunitaire fournissant une composition pharmaceutique, qui peut être utilisée dans le traitement médicamenteux orienté vers la cible par la conjugaison d'un dendron permettant à une pluralité de médicaments d'être liés à une surface de celui-ci et d'un anticorps dirigé vers la cible, et pouvant, en particulier, administrer des concentrations élevées de médicaments d'une manière spécifique à la tumeur pour présenter un fort effet anticancéreux par la conjugaison d'un dendron hydrophile, auquel une pluralité de médicaments anticancéreux sont liés, à un anticorps.본 발명에 따른 면역접합체는 표면에 다수의 약물을 결합시킬 수 있는 덴드론과 표적 지향적인 항체를 접합함으로써 표적 지향적인 약물치료에 이용될 수 있으며, 특히 다수의 항암제가 결합된 친수성 덴드론을 항체에 접합시킴으로써, 종양 특이적으로 높은 농도의 약물을 전달하여 강력한 항암효과를 나타낼 수 있는 약학적 조성물을 제공한다.
