The present invention relates to the combined use of bezafibrate and resveratrol for the treatment of diseases involving energy malfunction of mitochondria, as well as a pharmaceutical kit comprising both bezafibrate and resveratrol. The combination is more particularly used in the treatment of moderate deficits in the β-oxidation of long-chain fatty acids or the mitochondrial respiratory chain. La présente invention concerne l'utilisation combinée du bézafibrate et du resvératrol pour le traitement des maladies impliquant un dysfonctionnement énergétique des mitochondries, ainsi qu'un kit pharmaceutique comprenant à la fois du bézafibrate et du resvératrol. La combinaison est plus particulièrement utilisée dans le traitement des déficits modérés de la β-oxydation des acides gras à chaîne longue ou de la chaîne respiratoire des mitochondries.
