The prosthesis comprises a compartment (1) with a spacing member (2) that can be actuated through a side opening (1a) by means of the device, for automatically removing the prosthesis (g). The device comprises a head (a) with a first plunger (3) configured for being introduced in the compartment (1) and moving the first plunger (3) in both directions to move the first plunger (3) out when the spacer (2) moves, causing removing the prosthesis, and when the first plunger moves in the opposite direction the head is extracted from the compartment (1).
