A method of drug-enhancement includes providing a drug that includes hydrogen peroxide and a therapeutic chemical, the drug having an initial therapeutic effectiveness and applying light having a predetermined frequency of light that has a synergistic reaction with the drug, thereby enhancing the initial therapeutic effectiveness of the drug.
