The present invention relates to a method and a program for providing a personalized workout curriculum. Referring to Fig. 2, the method for providing a personalized workout curriculum according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a customer information receiving step (S100) of allowing a service server to receive customer information from a customer client； a class information receiving step (S200) of receiving class information from one or more business clients； a curriculum information receiving step (S300) of receiving one or more curriculum information generated based on a plurality of sports from one or more expert clients； and a personalized curriculum providing step (S500) of allowing the service server to transmit a personalized curriculum suited for a specific customer to the customer client. Therefore, the present invention can provide a workout curriculum optimized for an individual who wants to do exercise.본 발명은 개인화된 운동커리큘럼 제공방법 및 프로그램에 관한 것이다.도 2를 참조하면, 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 개인화된 운동커리큘럼 제공방법은, 서비스서버가 고객클라이언트로부터 고객정보를 수신하는 고객정보 수신단계(S100)； 하나 이상의 업체클라이언트로부터 클래스정보를 수신하는 클래스정보 수신단계(S200)； 하나 이상의 전문가클라이언트로부터 복수의 운동종목을 기반으로 생성되는 하나 이상의 커리큘럼정보를 수신하는 단계(S300)； 및 상기 서비스서버가 특정한 고객에 부합하는 개인화 커리큘럼을 고객클라이언트로 전송하는 개인화 커리큘럼 제공단계(S500)；를 포함한다.본 발명에 따르면, 운동을 하고자 하는 개인에게 최적화된 운동 커리큘럼을 제공할 수 있다.
