Further, signal amplification means 11A and 11B may be arranged so that concave/convex surfaces face each other above and beneath the oscillation sensor 10. When the signal amplification means 11 is arranged above and below, concavity/convexity of the signal amplification means 11 on an up side and concavity/convexity of the signal amplification means 11 on a down side may match, but the signal amplification means 11A and 11B are preferably provided so that the concavities/convexities are staggered up and down, and mesh.
