Many people have been died every year because of a malaria mosquito bite in a plurality of regions including Africa. Therefore, epidemic prevention and control for removing larvae of malaria mosquitoes have expensively been conducted. However, a large effect has not been achieved yet due to living characteristics of the larvae of the malaria mosquitoes only having characteristics different from those of general mosquitoes. That is, since a period that the larvae of the malaria mosquitoes live on the surface of water is distinctly long, a possibility of killing the larvae of the malaria mosquitoes is greatly dropped since an insecticide does not remain on the surface of water. Accordingly, a method of manufacturing a functional film type medicine capsule for exterminating the malaria mosquitoes of the present invention comprises: manufacturing capsules having a triple capsule structure as shown in the drawing and injecting the insecticide into each of the capsules in a way that second and third capsule films are each thicker than a first capsule film, and that lactic acid bacteria formed in the form of a cream are coated on inner walls of the first to third capsule films such that the capsules are burst after the lapse of a long time of 5 days to 7 days.
