PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suction type medicator capable of finely dispersing a medicine to administer it by relatively low suction force.SOLUTION: In the suction type medicator equipped with a body 1 having a housing chamber M for housing capsules filled with the medicine, the perforation means 6 for perforating the capsules arranged in the housing chamber M of the body 1 and a mouthpiece 2 for sucking the medicine in the perforated capsules through the discharge route 3a connected to the housing chamber M, a dispersing chamber 3, which has the gateways respectively connected to the outside route 1c of the body 1 and the ejection route 2a of the mouthpiece 2 and agitates and crushes the medicine in its internal space to finely disperse it, is provided between the body 1 and the mouth piece 2.
