PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seeding device enabling stripe seeding of small seeds which can be easily used in home gardens, home gardening or the like, as it is hard for people to grab small seeds with the fingers and seed little by little.SOLUTION: A hollow in an intermediate area of a cylindrical seed container 1 which has one and as a seed entrance and the other end as a seed exit is narrowed to several millimeters. The cylindrical wall at the narrowest hollow is gouged into an arc shape as much as a part of the cylindrical wall can be left to be a seed feed hole, and a handle 4 is fixed to the side opposite to the seed feed hole.
