PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implant body for exclusive use of paranasal sinus in which effective prevention of injury and penetration of a paranasal sinus layer can be obtained in the planting process of the implant body.SOLUTION: An implant body includes multiple positioning threads 11 provided in an outer circumference of the implant body and an operation assembly hole provided inside. The implant body is provided with helical grooves 14 for spacing one or more crossing intervals along the multiple positioning threads. A pushing part 15 for reducing a diameter is provided in the ends of the multiple positioning threads of the implant body, and a smooth pushing end face 151 is formed. A recess space 152 being brought into communication so as to be opened from the pushing end face to the outside, and the recess space and the near end of the spiral supply groove are brought into communication with each other. As a result, the paranasal sinus layer penetration generated during implant surgery is prevented effectively, and furthermore, the quantity of bone chips or filling materials is made selectable to make localization of a loading implant body.COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】インプラント本体の埋入過程に於いて副鼻腔層の傷や貫通の有効的な予防が得られる副鼻腔専用のインプラント本体を提供する。【解決手段】インプラント本体の外周に設けられる複数の位置決め用ねじ山11、及び内部に設けられる動作組立て孔を備える。インプラント本体は複数の位置決め用ねじ山に沿い交叉する1つ以上の間隔を空ける螺旋溝14が設けられる。インプラント本体の前記複数の位置決め用ねじ山の端部には径を縮小させる押し部15が設けられると共に平滑な押し端面151が形成され、前記押し端面から外部に開放するよう連通される凹み空間152が設けられ、凹み空間及び前記螺旋供給溝の近端は連通される。これにより、インプラント手術中に発生する副鼻腔層貫通を有効的に予防させるほか、更に骨粉或いは充填物の分量を選択可能にし詰め込みインプラント本体を定位させる。【選択図】図3
