PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing food containing Chinese herbal medicines is provided to promote health by taking food including the Chinese herbal medicines by mixing the fermented or aged Chinese herbal medicines with grain powder. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing food containing Chinese herbal medicines comprises the following steps: making a Chinese herbal medicine dough by mixing Chinese herbal medicine powder with edible powder(20)； aging the Chinese herbal medicine dough； and manufacturing the Chinese herbal medicine food with the aged Chinese herbal medicine dough(40).
