FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, namely to catheter system which is specifically meant for use, when delivering intravascular device through wavy vessels and unfolding it in such vessels, as well as to method of its use. Catheter system has distal and proximal ends and comprises inner tube with first cavity； outer tube with second cavity, wherein said inner tube passes through said second cavity； made with possibility to allow removing of structure of sleeve placed between inner and outer tubes and having central tube and sleeve end； and hull structure at proximal end of catheter system. Sleeve end has first configuration, in which intravascular device completely covers sleeve end, and second configuration after deployment of intravascular device. Sleeve end has axial length in first configuration and double axial length in second configuration. Hull structure has distal end with distal hole and proximal end with proximal hole, wherein inner tube is attached to proximal opening of hull structure. Sleeve, designed with possibility to remove, and internal tube form sealed chamber. Method for deploying intravascular device from above catheter system comprises steps of: (a) sleeve end is directed to target place in body cavity, (b) fluid medium is supplied under pressure in sealed chamber, (c) structure, designed with possibility of sleeve removal, is removed to extract sleeve end and (e) said device is released. Installation method of intravascular device in above catheter system comprises steps of: (a) fluid medium is supplied under pressure in sealed chamber, (b) at least part of device is compressed around inner tube and (c) structure of sleeve, designed with possibility of removal, is advanced so, that sleeve end extends over at least part of uncompressed part of said device.
