The invention relates to the polymorphs of N-(4-(3-fluorobenzyloxy)-3-chlorophenyl)-6-(5-((2-(methylsulfinyl)ethylamino)methyl)-2-furanyl)-quinazoline-4-aminexylene sulfonate (compound I) used as tyrosine kinase inhibitors. In particular, the invention relates to the crystal forms A, B, C and D of compound I. The invention also relates to a preparation method for the polymorphs of compound I, and comprises its pharmaceutical compositions and their pharmaceutical uses. The polymorphs of compound I of the invention are efficient tyrosine kinase inhibitors.Linvention concerne les polymorphes de N-(4-(3-fluorobenzyloxy)-3-chlorophényl)-6-(5-((2-(méthylsulfinyl)éthylamino)méthyl)-2-furannyl)-quinazolin-4-aminoxylène-sulfonate (composé I) utilisés comme inhibiteurs de la tyrosine kinase.
