PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To observe a patients eye appropriately.SOLUTION: An ophthalmic laser surgery device for treating an eye of an object person by irradiating a surgical laser beam to the eye includes: a front image capturing unit having a light receiving element for capturing a front image of the anterior eye part of the eye with different magnification ratios according to the distance between the device body and the eye a focus adjusting unit for adjusting a focus state of reflection light from the anterior eye part of the eye in the light receiving element by moving at least any of an optical member provided on an optical path of the front image capturing unit and the light receiving element along an optical axis of the optical path and a control unit.
