The compression part 80 has a plurality of first compression parts 81 extending outward in the width direction W toward the front side or the rear side, in a region behind an excretion port facing region S1 as a region facing the excretion port of a wearer. The plurality of first compression parts 81 are arranged at both sides across a center line CL passing the center of the absorbent article 1 in the width direction W, and are aligned in the forward and backward direction L.
