PURPOSE: A container sealing material and a container having the same are provided to discharge vapor inside the container to the outside by an opening part and an air-permeable member. CONSTITUTION: A container sealing material contains a sealing member(120) and an air-permeable member(110). The sealing member has an opening part(122) and blocks the inlet of the container to prevent passage of vapor, liquid, and solid. The air-permeable member is formed by blocking the opening part and allows vapor to pass through. The average particle size and porosity of the micropore of the air-permeable member are 0.01-0.1 um and 40-80%, respectively.본 실시예에 따른 용기 실링재는, 개구부를 가지며 기체, 액체 및 고체가 통과되지 않도록 용기의 입구를 막는 실링 부재； 및 상기 개구부를 막으면서 형성되며, 상기 실링 부재보다 높은 다공성을 가져서 기체만을 통과시키는 통기성 부재를 포함한다.
