The present invention relates to an antifungal agent composition and a method for producing a Populus tomentiglandulosa T. B. Lee extract having excellent antifungal effects. More specifically, the present invention relates to an antifungal agent composition showing excellent antifungal effects against pathogenic fungus (quercus-mongolicae) which infiltrates into plants or has adverse effects on the same, causing physiologically abnormal state in metabolic function or structural deformation of the plants. The present invention further relates to a method for producing a Populus tomentiglandulosa T. B. Lee extract, including a step of producing a hot water extract of Populus tomentiglandulosa T. B. Lee by extracting Populus tomentiglandulosa T. B. Lee using hot water.본 발명은 항균제 조성물 및 항균 효과가 우수한 은사시나무 추출물의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 식물체에 침입하거나 영향을 미쳐 식물체의 대사기능이나 구조 변화가 생리적으로 정상이 아닌 상태를 유발하는 병원균(quercus-mongolicae)에 대한 항균 효과가 우수한 항균제 조성물 및 은사시나무 추출물의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
