A calculation part 22 included in the measuring unit 20 calculates the hip position in a predetermined direction to be crossed with a vertical axial line, based on the detection values (the detection values include: the value corresponding to an angle to be made by the multiple links and the value corresponding to the inclination angle of the link with respect to the vertical direction) from the detection device. The calculation part 22 calculates the acceleration of the link in the predetermined direction, based on the detection values (the detection values include: the value corresponding to the rotation angle acceleration of the link and the value corresponding to the acceleration of the link) from the detection device.
