PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an operation member from being unintentionally displaced in a controller device for use in controlling the operation of a driving mechanism by manual operation.SOLUTION: A hand controller 400 includes: an operation button 405 an operation member 430 linked with the operation button 405 so as to be displaced by a displacement amount corresponding to the displacement amount of the operation button 405 and a displacement detection sensor unit 440 for detecting the displacement amount of the operation member. The operation button 405 includes: a main button 410 with a recessed part in the upper face thereof an unlocking button 420 disposed so that the front end protrudes in the recessed part and a lock shaft 421 which engages with the operation member 430 when the front end of the unlocking button 420 protrudes, and which is released from the operation member 430 when the unlocking button 430 is pushed down.
