The invention relates to an implantable system (10) comprising a first device (20), called a centralization device, which is able to be fixed in a fixation position to a wall of the stomach of a patient, the centralization device (20) being received in the stomach when the centralization device (20) is in the fixation position, and at least one second device (25).
