The present invention relates to an immune conjugate having a dendron conjugated to an antibody and a use thereof. The immune conjugate according to the present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition, which can be used in the target-oriented drug treatment by conjugating a dendron allowing a plurality of drugs to be bound to a surface thereof and a target-directed antibody, and especially, can deliver high concentrations of drugs in a tumor-specific manner to exhibit a strong anticancer effect by conjugating a hydrophilic dendron, to which a plurality of anticancer drugs are bound, to an antibody.본 발명에 따른 면역접합체는 표면에 다수의 약물을 결합시킬 수 있는 덴드론과 표적 지향적인 항체를 접합함으로써 표적 지향적인 약물치료에 이용될 수 있으며, 특히 다수의 항암제가 결합된 친수성 덴드론을 항체에 접합시킴으로써, 종양 특이적으로 높은 농도의 약물을 전달하여 강력한 항암효과를 나타낼 수 있는 약학적 조성물을 제공한다.
