A medical tool (100) for adhering a suture to a bone, comprising: a handle (120) having a proximal end (121) for manual attachment and a distal end (122) for coupling with a bone to which it has that a suture is adhered, said bone being preformed with at least a first hole, said handle (120) extending longitudinally from said proximal end (121) to said distal end (122)； a hook (130) carried at said distal end (122) of the handle (120), spaced from an outer surface at said distal end (122) of the handle (120), and configured for reception in said first bone hole； a movable member (123) elastically coupled with a spring (124) to said handle (120) and driven to extend longitudinally from said distal end (122) of the handle (120) to an extended position receptive to said elastic coupling, in which said mobile member (123) is mobile between said extended position and a retracted position, wherein in said retracted position said mobile member (123) retracts from said hook (130) to facilitate the reception of said hook (130) in said first hole, and in said extended position said movable member (123) extends towards said hook (130) to couple said bone to fix said handle (120) to said bone at a predetermined angle with respect to said first hole while said hook (130) is in said first hole； and a manually manipulable member (126) coupled to said mobile member (123) to move said mobile member (123) between said extended and retracted positions； said hook (120) being formed with a conduit (120a) extending longitudinally therethrough from its proximal end (121) to its distal end (122), said conduit (20a) being positioned relative to said hook (130 ) to receive a drill (54), to drill a second hole through said bone at said predetermined angle with respect to said first hole and to pass through the conduit (120a) one end of a suture to pass through and extend past said first hole so that said end of the suture is accessible through said first hole to be extracted therefrom, while
