PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition, especially a liquid pharmaceutical composition, stable in storage for a long time that contains loxoprofen or a salt thereof and caffeins, and to provide a capsule filled with the liquid pharmaceutical composition.SOLUTION: The liquid pharmaceutical composition containing loxoprofen or a salt thereof, caffeins and a phenol derivative or a salt thereof has a problem of instability that a crystal is deposited in the liquid.
