The present invention relates to a method for managing medical information, and more particularly, to a method for managing medical information, enabling only a user with access authority to register the medical information in a management server using a finger vein and only a manager with access authority to retrieve the medical information, enabling not only the user who generates or registers the medical information but also another designated manager to read the medical information by using an inquiry identifier and a finger vein template of the manager registered and mapped in the inquiry identifier, and enabling another medical institution or additional manager to safely retrieve the medical information by additionally registering an additional identifier mapped with the medical information by the manger of the inquiry identifier or the user identifier. The method for managing medical information include the steps of: receiving the user identifier and finger vein information of the user； authenticating the user； receiving first medical information and the inquiry identifier； mapping the first medical information with the user identifier and the inquiry identifier to be registered and stored as a registration identifier of the first medical information； transmitting the first medical information to a request terminal； and adding the additional identifier to the registration identifier of the first medical information.본 발명은 의료정보의 관리 방법에 관한 것으로, 지정맥을 이용하여 접속 권한이 있는 사용자만이 의료정보를 관리 서버에 등록하거나 접속 권한이 있는 관리자만이 의료정보를 조회할 수 있으며, 조회 가능 식별자와 조회 가능 식별자에 매핑 등록된 관리자의 지정맥 템플릿을 이용하여 의료정보를 생성 또는 등록한 사용자뿐만 아니라 지정된 다른 관리자만이 열람 가능하며, 사용자 식별자 또는 조회 가능 식별자의 관리자가 의료정보에 매핑하여 추가 식별자를 추가 등록하여 다른 의료 기관이나 추가적인 관리자도 의료정보를 안전하게 조회 가능한 의료정보의 관리 방법에 관한 것이다.
