PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic image processor capable of generating echo images accurately indicating the shape of a measured body.SOLUTION: An image generation part 44 generates echo images in which reception signals that respective vibrators 24 have received reflected waves are connected. A shape detection part 40 detects the shape of the measured body on the basis of the reception signals received by the respective vibrators 24. A deformation function calculation part 47 obtains a deformation function for deforming the echo images so as to make the shape of the measured body detected by the shape detection part 40 be coincident with the shape of the echo image of the measured body included in the echo images. An image deformation part 48 generates a deformed echo image for which the echo image is deformed on the basis of the deformation function.
