A bone anchor system is provided. In one aspect, the bone anchor system includes an anchor driver having an outer shaft, a middle shaft, and an inner shaft an anchor body slidably coupled to the outer shaft a tip configured to releasably mate with a distal end of the middle shaft and an eyelet including a proximal end configured to releasably mate with an interference coupling element of the inner shaft, and a distal end configured to mechanically couple with the tip. In one aspect, the inner shaft is configured to transport the eyelet from a first position distant from the tip to a second position proximate the tip.La présente invention concerne un système dancrage osseux.
