PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unidirectional valve with an opening function for medical use, capable of temporarily releasing the function of the valve and having a high pressure resistance.SOLUTION: The unidirectional valve 1 includes: a casing 50 constituting a valve chamber 10 with an inlet and an outlet for liquids a valve element 25 disposed to close the inlet of the valve chamber and elastically deformable to open the inlet a movable member 60 movably held to the casing 50 for elastically deforming the valve element by moving and a cap 70 attached to the casing to cover the movable member 60.
