The device comprises an electric stimulation pulse generator (U1), a sign detection module (U2) connected to the electric stimulation pulse generator (U1), and two implantation units. Each implantation unit comprises a winding positioning anchor (M1), a flexible electrode sealing sleeve (T1) and two winding electrodes (J1, J2) with different polarities. The winding positioning anchor (M1) is fixed on the electrode sealing sleeve (T1) through a flexible connection bridge (B1). The two winding electrodes (J1, J2) are separately arranged at the two sides of the winding positioning anchor (M1). Electrical lead wires of the two winding electrodes (J1, J2) respectively pass through the electrode sealing sleeve (T1) and are fixedly connected to the electrode sealing sleeve (T1). The electrical lead wires of the winding electrodes (J1, J2) of the two implantation units are respectively connected to two simulation pulse output ports of the electric stimulation pulse generator (U1).
