The present invention relates to a tissue adhesion prevention material comprising poly octylcyanoacrylate in the form of a non-woven fabric and to a method for manufacturing same, and aims to facilitate treatment of the body through the tissue adhesion prevention material, which is biodegradable inside the body and comprises an antibiotic or an anti-inflammatory, having the characteristic of a sustained-release agent, so that the antibiotic or the anti-inflammatory is slowly released as the tissue adhesion prevention material dissolves inside the body. According to the present invention, provided is the tissue adhesion prevention material in the form of the non-woven fabric and the method for manufacturing same, comprising the steps of: preparing a crude liquid for the material for the tissue adhesion prevention material by first preparing a poly octylcyanoacrylate mixture by adding poly octylcyanoacrylate to an organic solvent and mixing same, and adding a hydrophilic polymer, the antibiotic, or the anti-inflammatory to the poly octylcyanoacrylate mixture and mixing same and obtaining the tissue adhesion prevention material in the form of the non-woven fabric by electrospinning the crude liquid for the tissue adhesion prevention material.La présente invention concerne un matériau anti-adhérence tissulaire comprenant du poly-octylcyanoacrylate, sous la forme dun non-tissé, ainsi quun procédé de fabrication de ce matériau, lobjectif étant de faciliter le traitement du corps au moyen dudit matériau anti-adhérence tissulaire, lequel est biodégradable à lintérieur du corps et comprend un antibiotique ou un anti-inflammatoire, ayant la caractéristique dun agent à libération prolongée, lantibiotique ou lanti-inflammatoire étant lentement libéré au fur et à mesure que le matériau anti-adhérence tissulaire se dissout à lintérieur du corps.
