The present invention relates to a method for acquiring the angiography image of coronary computerized tomography using a dual catheter. The method includes a step of placing two coronary arteries on a dual catheter； a step of injecting a contrast medium into the dual catheter； and a step of obtaining an angiography image through coronary computerized tomography for the coronary arteries. According to the present invention, even though a lesion does not exist in a coronary artery, one time CT scanning is carried out. So, it can reduce the physical effect and radiation exposure of a patient.본 발명은 이중 도관을 이용한 관상동맥 컴퓨터 단층촬영 혈관조영영상 획득방법에 관한 것으로, 이중 도관을 2개의 관상동맥에 거치하는 단계； 이중 도관에 조영제를 주입하는 단계； 및 관상동맥에 대한 컴퓨터 단층촬영을 통해 혈관조영영상을 획득하는 단계를 포함한다.본 발명에 따르면, 병변이 하나의 관상동맥에만 존재하지 않을 경우에도 한 번의 CT 촬영을 통해 환자에게 불필요한 방사선 피폭과 신체적 부담을 줄일 수 있다.
