The present invention relates to a histidyl-tRNA synthetase antibody selectively bonding to HRS, and to a use of the same and, more specifically, to an antibody bonding to human HRS or a segment of the same, a production method thereof, and a composition for diagnosing cancer or self-immune diseases and inflammatory diseases including the same. The antibody or the segment thereof of the present invention specifically bonds to human HRS, and has no cross reactivity with other proteins, so that HRS detection and control are available, thereby being used for diagnosis of cancer or self-immune diseases and inflammatory diseases which are diseases relating to HRS.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015본 발명은 HRS(Histidyl-tRNA synthetase)에 선택적으로 결합하는 항 HRS 항체 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로 보다 구체적으로는 인간 HRS에 결합하는 항체 또는 그 단편, 이의 생산방법 및 이를 포함하는 자가면역질환 및 염증성 질환 진단용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 항체 또는 그 단편은 인간 HRS에 특이적으로 결합하며, 동일한 ARS family를 포함한 다른 단백질과 교차반응성이 없어 HRS 검출 및 억제가 가능하므로 HRS 검출 및 HRS가 관련된 질환인 자가면역질환 및 염증성 질환의 진단 목적으로 사용될 수 있다.
