PURPOSE: An amputator cutting a surgical part by using ultrasonic waves from a transmission rod and a surgical instrument including the same are provided to efficiently cut the surgical part and stop the bleeding by maximizing the intensity of ultrasonic waves and securing the maximum operational length. CONSTITUTION: A transmission rod(200) transmits ultrasonic waves from a vibrator to an amputator(300). The amputator is formed in one end of the transmission rod connected to the vibrator which generates ultrasonic waves. The amputator cuts a surgical part by using the ultrasonic wave transmitted from the transmission rod. A first vibration node is adjacent to one end of the transmission rod. A part(320) of the cross section of the amputator is twisted based on the center of the cross section.본 발명은 초음파를 발생시키는 진동자와 연결된 전달 로드의 일단부에 마련되어, 상기 전달 로드로부터 전달받은 초음파를 이용하여 수술 부위를 절단하는 절단자에 대한 것으로, 상기 전달 로드의 일단부로부터 가장 인접한 제1 진동 노드에서 이득 계단이 시작될 수 있도록, 상기 제1 진동 노드에 해당하는 지점부터 원형의 단면적 일부를 평탄하게 하여 단면적이 감소되도록 하되, 상기 평탄하게 한 단면적의 일부를 단면적의 중심을 기준으로 비틀어 놓은 것을 특징으로 한다.
