The invention relates to a cemented or non-cemented knee prosthesis, with the replacement of the cruciate ligaments, consisting of three components, i.e. femoral, tibial and patellar, whose articular surfaces are configured so that there is contact between the components which provide stability and a minimum stress upon load. According to the invention, the prosthesis consists of a femoral component (), a tibial component () and a patellar component (), the femoral component () being anchored at the distal part of the femur, the tibial component () being anchored at the proximal part of the tibia by means of a metallic component (), while the patellar component () is anchored at the posterior surface of the rotula, all the three components () representing calottes of spheres of equal radiuses equal of the tibial and patellar components (), the femoral component () having a smaller radius so that the contact between them, during the knee operation, is minimal, allowing the existence of a partitioning liquid film which significantly reduces the prosthesis friction and wear, which increases the implant reliability, whereto the supplementary stability given by the spherical shape of the components also contributes, which leads to preventing abnormal movements in the patello-femoral articulation and confers the possibility of an increased degree of flexion of the prosthetic knee, without sub-luxation risk, favouring a faster post-surgery recovery.Invenţia se referă la o proteză de genunchi cimentată şi necimentată, cu înlocuirea ligamentelor încrucişate, alcătuită din trei componente: femurală, tibială şi rotuliană, ale căror suprafeţe articulare sunt astfel configurate încât să existe un contact între componente care să asigure stabilitate şi un stres minim în timpul solicitărilor.
