The invention relates to a device for the surgical treatment of congenital malformations of the abdominal wall in children, i.e. gastroschisis and omphalocele. According to the invention, the device consists of a cylindrical-shaped silicone recipient (1), closed at the upper end (4) and opened at the lower end (5), provided with a ring (6) having a thickened and flared edge (7), a tight balloon (2) being placed inside the recipient (1) and provided at its upper side with a rubber valve (3), through which gas or liquid is injected at a controlled pressure, until the balloon (2) fills up the entire capacity of the silicone recipient (1).Invenţia se referă la un dispozitiv pentru tratamentul chirurgical al malformaţiilor congenitale ale peretelui abdominal la copii, laparoschizis şi omfalocel. Dispozitivul conform invenţiei este alcătuit dintr-un recipient (1) din silicon, de formă cilindrică, închis la un capăt (4) superior şi deschis la celălalt capăt (5) inferior, fiind prevăzut cu un inel (6) având o margine (7) îngroşată şi evazată, în interiorul recipientului (1) fiind dispus un balon (2) etanş, prevăzut cu o valvă (3) din cauciuc în partea sa superioară, prin care se injectează gaz sau lichid la o presiune controlată, până când balonul (2) va ocupa întreaga capacitate a recipientului (1) din silicon.
