A spinal surgery tool is disclosed. A fastening bar provides a linear moving space of a sliding rod and an operating rod. The sliding rod and the operating rod are connected by a rotational pivot. A spring is connected between the operating rod and the fastening bar for allowing the operating rod to change angle. A control set operated by the operator is installed on the fastening bar and connected to the sliding rod for controlling the sliding rod and the operating rod to move reciprocally in the linear moving space a sleeve is pivoted on exterior of the fastening bar and the sliding rod for controlling angle of the operating rod by its reciprocal movement. End part of the fastening bar and the operating rod are connected to a first pin and a second pin of an intervertebral apparatus respectively by a card slot structure. The operator can control reciprocal movement of the sliding rod and the operating rod by the control set for changing angle of the intervertebral apparatus when the sleeve is shifted to a position restricting the operating rod. The operating rod disengages the intervertebral apparatus by elastic force of the spring when the sleeve is shifted to a position disengaging the operating rod.
