The egg processing apparatus includes: a suction unit for moving the egg along a transfer unit to perform a process； a perforation unit for perforating the eggs transferred by the suction unit； an extracting unit for extracting content from eggs perforated by the perforation unit； a stirring unit for mixing the extracted content with additives； and an injector for injecting a mixture of the additive and the content into the hollow eggshells.
