This invention relates to peptides that bind to and inhibit vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 3 (VEGFR-3). The invention also provides methods and compositions for inhibiting VEGF-C binding to VEGFR-3, and inhibiting VEGFR-3 -mediated cell growth and migration.
