The present invention relates to a method for producing ice cream for a pet, wherein the ice cream can be consumed by a pet such as a puppy, a cat, a rabbit, or a hamster. The method comprises the following steps: producing fresh cream including lactose-removed milk producing yogurt including lactose-removed milk and producing ice cream by mixing the fresh cream with the yogurt to produce an ice cream raw ingredient, and freezing the same. Moreover, according to the present invention, ice cream for a pet can be produced by using milk which does not include lactose. A pet which consumes the ice cream which does not include lactose can feel joys of consuming ice cream without a problem including vomiting, indigestion, abdominal distension, and diarrhea.
