Disclosed are a suture anchor and a suture anchor kit including the same. The suture anchor (100) according to an embodiment of the present invention comprise: a cylindrical anchor body (110) forming a screw thread (111) on an outer circumferential surface； a driver coupling unit (120) formed within an upper part of the anchor body (110) and formed to have an indented structure matched with a shape of one end of a driver (210)； and two or more suture insertion through-holes (130) formed to be penetrated from a lower surface of the driver coupling unit (120) to a lower end of the anchor body (110).
