PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation image taking device that prevents the degradation of image quality in a radiation image due to noises in a bias voltage applied on a semiconductor layer.
SOLUTION: Wiring 32 is used for supplying a bias voltage from a bias power supply 30 to the semiconductor layer 6, on which electric charge comes into existence owing to an electromagnetic wave applied thereto, the electromagnetic wave being a detecting object of an electromagnetic wave detecting element 10. The wiring is provided with a resistor 42 which gives an n:m ratio falling within a 1:10 to 1:10,000 range, where a resistance value thereof is m [&Omega] and the bias voltage supplied from the power supply is n [V].
