The present invention relates to a technique for preparing a variety of useful materials using proteins, which are recovered from the microbial excess sludge generated in the wastewater treatment plant, such as manure/waste water/sewage. More specifically, the present invention relates to a technology that can achieve environmental protection through recycling by preparing useful materials, such as feed, meat, food subsidiary materials, using such separated proteins, and solving the problem resulting from the prohibition of ocean dumping of microbial sludge, by including the steps of: recovering the microbial sludge； immersing in alkaline aqueous solution； degrading microorganisms immersed in the aqueous solution； and coagulating after separating a protein from an aqueous solution in which microorganisms are degraded.본 발명은 분뇨/폐수/하수 등의 오폐수처리장에서 발생하는 미생물 잉여 오니(슬러지) 내에 존재하는 단백질을 회수하고, 이를 이용하여 다양한 유용물질을 제조하는 기술에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 미생물 오니를 회수하는 회수단계, 알카리 수용액에 침지시키는 침지단계, 침지된 수용액으로부터 미생물을 분해하는 단계 및 미생물이 분해된 수용액으로부터 단백질을 분리하여 응고시키는 분리단계를 통하여 미생물 오니의 해양투기금지에 따른 문제를 해결하고, 이렇게 분리된 단백질을 이용하여 사료, 고기, 식품부자재 등의 유용물질을 제조함에 따라 재자원화를 통한 환경보호를 달성할 수 있는 기술에 관한 것이다.
