A small amount of a more optimized glycan composition consisting of rhGAA containing N-glycans carrying mannose-6-phosphate (M6P) or bis-M6P in large amounts compared to conventional recombinant human alpha glucosidase (rhGAA) A rhGAA composition derived from CHO cells, comprising a small amount of terminal galactose on non-phosphorylated high mannose glycans and complex oligosaccharides.
