The present invention relates to an apparatus for picking seaweed, which can automatically transplant spores and zoospores of seaweed such as red algae, brown algae, green algae, etc., concentrated in seawater, on a stable insertable substrate. The present invention increases the number of the seaweed spores to be capable of being attached per unit area rather than a conventional picking method, thereby proliferating the seaweed abundantly to use the seaweed as seedlings for mass-production. The present invention has: a base frame formed of a polyhedron with a certain size to support the overall structure of the apparatus； a rope supply unit and a rope storing unit symmetrically in the front part and the rear part on the upper surface of the base frame； and a transplant support (10) in the middle part on the upper side of the base frame, wherein the transplant support is composed of a polygonal plate frame and a vertical member supporting the plate frame, and the plate frame and the base frame are installed to be spaced from each other.홍조류, 갈조류, 녹조류 등의 해조류의 각포자, 유주자가 농축된 해수를 안정적으로 착생시킬 수 있는 기질에 자동적으로 이식시킬 수 있는 해조류 채묘장치에 관한 것으로 기존의 채묘방법에 비해 단위면적당 부착될 수 있는 해조류 포자의 수가 많아 해조류가 풍부하게 증식되어 대량생산용 종묘로서 사용될 수 있다.
