The invention is related to phytovirusology, in particular, to immunodiagnostics of potato Y-virus. The technical objective of the invention is provision of a novel, highly sensitive, immuno-enzymatic test for efficient detection of various potato Y-virus strains, which is attained by a 4-times subcutaneous immunization of rabbits with a purified YBKvirus antigen at a dose of 50 μg per injection with Freund's complete adjuvant during 42 days, antiserums with a titre of 1:1638400 in an indirect version of IEA are produced, after purification of which, by the method of affinity chromatography, specific antibodies are produced, which is followed by producing specific conjugates with horse radish peroxidase. The immuno-enzymatic diagnosticum components produced are used for detection of ordinary and necrotic strains of potato Y-virus with a determination sensitivity in the sandwich version of 1 and 2 ng/ml, respectively. Application of the proposed immuno-enzymatic test system in the practice of virus-free potat
